Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Creovant Digital (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and looks after information when you visit creovantdigital.com, send a project brief, email us, or message us on WhatsApp or Viber. Creovant Digital is a remote Philippine digital marketing agency building websites, email and SMS systems, AI automation, and growth systems for clients in the Philippines, the United States, and worldwide.
Who we are
Creovant Digital is a small remote studio. Project work is handled directly. We do not operate a walk-in office. Project work is delivered remotely. For privacy requests, email support@creovantdigital.com or message +63 991 007 3273 on WhatsApp or Viber.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to reply, quote, and deliver work:
- Inquiries. Name, email, business name, current website, type of work, budget range, timeline, and the message you type in the project brief on our Contact page.
- Messages. Email, WhatsApp, and Viber conversations, including the phone number you use to reach us (+63 991 007 3273).
- Project files. Copy, logos, brand assets, account access, and instructions you give us so we can build the website or system.
- Site usage. Approximate device and visit information through Microsoft Clarity (session analytics) and standard server logs from our host (currently Vercel).
We do not ask for payment-card details through this website. Invoices are arranged separately after a quote is agreed.
How we use it
- To reply to your brief and prepare a scope and figure.
- To deliver websites, email and SMS setups, AI workflows, CRM, and related services in accounts you own.
- To keep a record of what was agreed so we can support the work after handover.
- To understand how the public website is used so we can fix broken pages and improve the experience.
We do not sell your information. We do not add inquiry contacts to a marketing list or automation sequence unless you ask us to.
Forms, chat, and processors
The Contact page form is sent through Web3Forms to our inbox. WhatsApp and Viber are Meta and Rakuten products; their own privacy terms apply to those apps. Email is handled by our email provider. Hosting and CDN are provided by Vercel. Fonts may load from Google Fonts. Analytics is provided by Microsoft Clarity.
If we use a contractor on a project, they only see what they need to complete that task, under the same confidentiality we owe you.
Your websites, CRM, and automations
Client work is built in tools you own or control — for example your domain, hosting, WordPress, custom-coded files, CRM or marketing-automation accounts, email, and SMS accounts. You remain the owner of those accounts, customer records, content, and automations. We access them only to build, train, or maintain what you hired us for, and we stop when the engagement ends unless you keep us on for support.
Customer data that lives in your CRM or inbox is yours. We treat it as confidential. We are not the “owner” of your leads.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies or similar storage for Microsoft Clarity so we can see aggregated session behavior (clicks, scroll, pages visited). Clarity may record masked session replays. You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the site will still work. We also set whatever cookies our host needs to serve the pages securely.
Where information is stored
We work across the Philippines and the United States. Information may be processed in those countries and in the countries where our processors (form, email, hosting, analytics, chat apps) operate. If you are in the EEA, UK, or another region with specific transfer rules, contact us before sending sensitive data if you need a particular arrangement.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are kept as long as they are useful for quoting, delivery, or a later support question — typically up to two years, then deleted or archived unless the law requires longer. Project files follow the life of the engagement plus a reasonable backup window. Analytics data follows Microsoft Clarity’s retention. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner.
Your choices
Email us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop using it for a purpose that is not required to finish paid work. If a message is still needed to complete a project you asked us to deliver, we will say so. You can also stop Microsoft Clarity with browser controls.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date means the new version applies to new visits and inquiries.

This page describes our studio practices. It is not a substitute for a signed project agreement. If a written quote or contract says something different about a specific job, that document controls for that job.
