Services

Four capabilities that plug into each other — a site that converts, follow-up that runs itself, and the systems behind both.

Solutions

Start with the problem you actually have. We'll tell you which parts of the stack fix it.

Services — Marketing

The follow-up you keep meaning to send.

Creovant Digital is a Philippine digital marketing agency for email and SMS marketing: instant replies, nurture, reminders, reactivation, and review requests. Sequences run in accounts you own for clients in the United States, the Philippines, and worldwide. You remain the sender of record.

What email and SMS does Creovant Digital send?

Some run once. Most run forever in the background. All of them are written in your voice, not a template's.

What does a Creovant Digital follow-up sequence look like?

Here's a real shape we build for service businesses. Yours will differ in wording and timing — the logic rarely does.

  1. Minute 0
    SMS + Email

    Someone actually replies

Inquiry acknowledged by name, with the one thing they asked for — a price range, availability, or a booking link.

  2. Hour 1
    Internal

    Your team gets the context

The lead lands in the pipeline tagged by service and source, so whoever picks it up already knows the story.

  3. Day 2
    Email

    The objection you always get

Whatever slows your buyers down — price, timing, disruption — answered before they have to ask twice.

  4. Day 5
    SMS

    Proof, not pressure

A short message with a relevant job, a review, or a photo. Short enough to read at a red light.

  5. Day 9
    Email

    The graceful last ask

A clear close with an easy out. People who aren't ready say so, and the rest book.

  6. Day 60
    Email

    Back on the list

Anyone who didn't buy moves into long-term nurture. Quiet, occasional, and still yours when the timing changes.

When does Creovant Digital use email vs SMS?

They do different jobs, and using one for the other's work is how businesses end up annoying their own customers.

Email

For the message that needs room
  • Explaining what you do and how it works
  • Proof, case studies, before-and-afters
  • Offers with terms worth reading
  • Anything they may want to find again later
  • Long-term nurture at low cost

SMS

For the message that can't wait
  • First response to a new inquiry
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Time-sensitive changes and delays
  • One-tap actions — confirm, reschedule, review
  • The nudge after silence on email

Most sequences we build use both. The rule we work to: if it can wait until they open their laptop, it's an email.

How does Creovant Digital keep messages from going to spam?

Messages that land in spam or get a number blocked cost more than they earn. This part isn't glamorous and it isn't optional.

  • A2P 10DLC registration handled properly before the first send
  • Email authentication set up on your domain, not a shared sender
  • Clear opt-in wording on every form that feeds the list
  • One-tap unsubscribe and STOP handling that actually works
  • Quiet hours and frequency caps, so nobody gets a 2am offer
  • List hygiene — bounces and dead contacts removed on a schedule
  • Reporting on delivery and opt-outs, not just opens

Frequently asked questions about Creovant Digital email and SMS

Usually some version of “won't this annoy people?” Fair question.

Won't automated messages annoy our customers?
They annoy people when they're generic, too frequent, or clearly sent to a list. What we build is short, specific, and tied to something the person actually did — an inquiry, a booking, a job we completed. A reminder the night before an appointment isn't marketing. It's service.
Do we need our own sending account?
Yes, for the messaging side. Sequences, contacts and numbers live in an account you own, so the list stays yours and nothing depends on us. If you don't have one set up, we'll walk you through it before the project starts.
Who writes the messages?
We do. You'll review everything before it goes live, and we'll ask for the phrases you actually use with customers so it doesn't read like a template. If you'd rather write them yourself, we'll give you the structure and the timing and build around your words.
What about consent and the legal side?
Handled as part of the build: opt-in wording on your forms, A2P registration for SMS, working unsubscribe and STOP handling, quiet hours, and frequency caps. We won't send to a list that can't be sent to, even if you ask.
Can you use our existing customer list?
If those people gave you permission to contact them, yes — and a reactivation campaign to an old list is often the fastest return in the whole project. We'll check the list first and tell you honestly if the consent isn't there.
How will we know if it's working?
By booked jobs, not open rates. We track which sequence a lead came through and what it turned into, then report on that. Opens and clicks are diagnostics — useful for fixing a message, useless as a measure of whether it earned.

Who did you talk to last month and never message again?

That list is the cheapest pipeline you have. Tell us how inquiries reach you and we'll show you what to send them.
