Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use creovantdigital.com or hire Creovant Digital, a Philippine digital marketing agency, for websites, email and SMS marketing, AI automation, CRM, or growth systems. If a written quote, invoice, or project agreement for a specific job says something different, that document wins for that job.
Who we are
Creovant Digital is a remote digital marketing studio. We serve clients in the Philippines, the United States, and other countries. We are not a media-buying agency and we do not sell guaranteed search rankings or a set number of leads.
Services
Depending on the brief, we may provide:
- Website design, development, and maintenance (custom-coded, WordPress, or platform-built).
- Email and SMS follow-up, reminders, and related messaging set up in accounts you own.
- Bounded AI-assisted workflows (lead response, routing, booking, admin) with a human fallback where we agree one is needed.
- Business growth systems: CRM, pipelines, booking, forms, funnels, and reporting — typically in the CRM account you already own, or one set up in your name.
Each named tier has one published price (PHP local and USD international). After a mapping conversation that figure is attached to a defined deliverable, and it is agreed before paid work starts. Work outside the agreed deliverable is quoted separately and is never billed without your approval.
Quotes, payment, and subscriptions
- No work is billed until you accept a scope and figure.
- One-time builds are paid as agreed on the quote (commonly a deposit, then the balance before or at handover).
- Monthly subscriptions (Essential, Growth, Scale) are billed in advance. Where a 12-month minimum is stated for a tier, that term applies unless the quote says otherwise.
- You are responsible for third-party fees we do not collect: domains, hosting you choose, CRM or marketing-automation licenses, SMS/A2P, email sending, app subscriptions, and similar.
- Prices may be quoted in PHP or USD. Taxes, if any, are extra unless the quote says they are included.
Your responsibilities
- Give timely access, copy, brand files, and decisions so we can hit the timeline.
- Keep admin ownership of accounts we work in. We build in your accounts; you must be able to log in without us.
- Make sure you have the right to use logos, photos, and text you send us.
- Comply with email, SMS, and advertising rules in the countries you message (consent, opt-out, A2P registration where required). We can set the system up; you remain the sender of record for customer messages.
What you own
You own the website files, content, customer records, and automations we build for you, and the accounts they live in, once invoices for that work are paid. We may reuse non-secret methods, snippets, and know-how on other projects. Our own site, name, and templates stay ours.
Until invoices are paid, we may withhold final files or pause live changes.
Revisions, timelines, and support
Revision rounds and post-launch support follow the package or quote (for example two rounds on a Micro Site, three on a Standard Site). Extra rounds, new pages, or work outside scope are quoted separately. Timelines assume you reply in a reasonable time. Delays on your side push the date.
AI, search, and results
Automation and AI workflows can fail, misfire, or need a person to step in. We design them to be bounded and documented; we do not promise they will handle every inquiry perfectly. Search, GEO, and AEO work is intended to help you get found; we do not guarantee rankings, citations, or revenue.
Cancellation
You may stop a one-time project before it is finished. Work already done is billed; unused prepaid fees for work not started may be refunded at our discretion. Subscriptions continue to the end of the prepaid period unless the quote allows an earlier exit. We may pause or end work if invoices are overdue, if we cannot get access, or if the request is illegal or abusive.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Creovant Digital is not liable for lost profits, lost leads, downtime at third-party platforms, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a project is capped at the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law (for example fraud).
Website terms
You may use this marketing site to learn about us and send a brief. Do not scrape, attack, or misuse the site. Content on the site is ours unless credited otherwise. Portfolio pieces remain the client’s sites; we show them as examples of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We will try to resolve disputes by email first. If we cannot, courts in the Philippines have jurisdiction, unless a written project agreement names another venue.
